By using shimmytours.com or booking any service with ShimmyTours, you agree to these Terms of Use. ShimmyTours is operated by Szymon Windak.
ShimmyTours
ShimmyTours provides organized tours, private walking tours, airport transfers, and bespoke travel experiences in and around Kraków, Poland.
All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit written confirmation from ShimmyTours. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
Payment details are communicated directly at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
Cancellation 24+ hours before tour start
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before tour start
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are not eligible for a refund.
No-show
Failure to appear at the meeting point at the agreed time is treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice — no refund applies.
ShimmyTours cancels the tour
If ShimmyTours cancels a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your tour.
ShimmyTours
ShimmyTours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to other participants, guides, or visited sites. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Organized tours (Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka Salt Mine, Schindler's Factory) involve third-party operators. Their own terms, rules, and entry requirements apply. ShimmyTours is not responsible for third-party decisions, including denied entry.

All content on shimmytours.com — including text, photos, and logo — is owned by ShimmyTours. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at shimmytours.com/terms-of-use.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
